and far healthier than the puppy-mill animals that are available in

AGREE THAT ANY MISREPRESENTATIONS OF FACT MAY RESULT
IN THE REMOVAL OF THE ADOPTED DOG FROM MY HOME BY
FRIENDS FOR PETS FOUNDATION. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE
THAT AN ADOPTION CONTRACT IS PART OF THE ADOPTION
PROCESS AND WILL BE ENFORCED. ONCE THE DOG IS ADOPTED,
IF IT IS FOUND TO BE NEGLECTED OR ABUSED,
FRIENDS FOR PETS FOUNDATION RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO REMOVE AND RECLAIM THE DOG.

The adoption donation is $300.00 for an adult dog, $350.00 for a
dog under one year,
and $400.00 for a purebred dog under 6 months old. This amount partially covers the
animals' costs of altering, vaccinations, health guarantee, and board for the time that
he or she has been with us.
If a dog is
returned within 4 weeks, and the dog is in the same or better condition,
50% of the donation will be refunded.
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR DONATION WHEN SUBMITTING
