NOTE: Puppies are seldom available. If you wish to have a dog younger than 6 months and are willing to wait 6 months to a year, we will add your name to our waiting list. If you prefer not to wait we will be glad to refer you to reputable breeders. Please do not buy from a pet store, champion-bred puppies are less expensive and far healthier than the puppy-mill animals that are available in stores.

BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS APPLICATION IS TRUE AND ACCURATE. IN ADDITION, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MISREPRESENTATIONS OF FACT MAY RESULT IN THE REMOVAL OF THE ADOPTED DOG FROM YOUR HOME BY THE FRIENDS FOR PETS FOUNDATION.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT AN ADOPTION CONTRACT IS PART OF THE ADOPTION PROCESS AND WILL BE ENFORCED. ONCE THE DOG IS ADOPTED, IF IT IS FOUND TO BE NEGLECTED OR ABUSED, THE FRIENDS FOR PETS FOUNDATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE AND RECLAIM THE DOG.

NOTE: The adoption donation is $350 for an adult dog, $400 for a dog under one year and $500 for a purebred dog under 6 months. This amount partially covers the animals costs of altering, vaccinations, health guarantee, and board for the time that he or she has been with us. If a dog is returned within 4 weeks, and the dog is in the same or better condition, 50% of the donation will be refunded.
